Look L2 stated that Stephane was an EMPLOYEE not an owner.

I simply PROVED that he is a DIRECTOR and the ONLY DIRECTOR of the original Canadian company that is now supposedly registered in Florida.

But, I agree with you, they are TWO DIFFERENT companies....which is, at the end of the day, the point I was making anyway.

One has NOTHING to do with the other.
