Their policy is to split the income 1/3 taxes, 1/3 exploration/development and 1/3 dividends. Jason restated that commitment during the conference call. Looking at the numbers, he's really using cash flow, not earnings, so we get 1/3 before depreciation, etc.

In short, when the company gets more money, so will you. Even better, so will I.

What I would like to know is if/when the increased production will change the dividend?
