Has "OTOW" finished the purchase of the Costa Rica license?

VAL-“We have not yet closed on the Costa Rica deal yet”.


How much money will be needed/required from "OTOW" to close on the contract for Costa Rica cable license/licenses?
What do you estimate the Costa Rica cable licenses to be worth after "OTOW" owns or has control rights to the cable licenses?

VAL- “80k i would estimate they would be worth about 2mm”.


What are you going to successfully get done that you believe will get the "OTOW" stock price moving up?

VAL-“We are working on it, I am working on improving the PPS but as you know the biggest news would be when we receive a good chunk of change”.

VAL-“Things seem to be doing well, I am hoping we have some big news soon”.

Shareholders have lost faith. Is there anything specific about "OTOW" you can say is doing well and please explain why these things are doing well

VAL- “I am working on things and hope to have some good news soon”.


It is very hard to stay invested in "OTOW" without current updates on what you are doing and any "OTOW" progress being made. Do you have any "OTOW" information to share? What is your current plan for“OTOW”?

VAL- “I cannot tell one investor without telling all, and as I said before as soon as I have some solid news we will publish it”.

VAL-“ Yes I still believe that, the reasons have changed and delayed, but I am hopeful it will be”.

Are CELL PHONE SALES, 02 SECURE MASTERCARD, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC BANK, INTERNET/PHONE/CABLE, 02 EDUCATION SERVICES, and any others I did not list the current "OTOW" revenue streams and are any listed making money for “OTOW”? What revenue stream/ revenue source do you believe will be a priority/major money maker for “OTOW”?

VAL-“We have a few more in addition that we are developing if you remember Big Head TV. Right now cell phone sales are going to be the leader but that will change soon”.

Is BIG HEAD TV operational? What are the other "OTOW" revenue sources you referred too? (that I did not list)

VAL-“well I cannot say just yet but we are proceeding with original plans, but yes I think BHTV is just about to blow it open and I was referring to old sources that we previously released like towers and such, finally some movement.”.

Needless to say the “OTOW” reverse split hurt many of the shareholders.Is there anything presently that can support/justify the “OTOW” reverse split?

VAL-“ AS stated in the PR we did the split in order to be able to access the 5mm in financing with the 1A which we filed, but we are on hold because the SEC has not finalized guidelines for President Obamas job bill that was signed last year and the SEC was told by Congress to have these completed by the end of 2012, but they have not and does not look like it will be anytime soon. We need the issue of amount of shareholders to be resolved which will go up to 2000 we are currently at 480 and we need to be at the current rules 300 shareholders. This is the hold up that we did not anticipate, no one new this ahead of time. POLITICS!”

What exactly do you mean we have to resolve the issue of shareholders? You said have 480 shareholders and it will increase to 2000. What is the reason number of shareholders will increase?

VAL-“We will not increase. The sec will increase the limit from 300 to 2000. You are correct that we have 478 or so. So when the sec raises the amount to 2000 we will be below the limit”.

Will 2013 be the year you will deliver a successful financial arrangement for developing "OTOW" ?
(I'm referencing the USDA $33 million dollar loan/other investment financing you are working on)

VAL- “I cannot promise anything or everything, as you know things take time and a lot is out of our control, just in dealing with Government things like the 1A Filing and DTC I am not going to make any judgments. While it is our intent to finalize these right now as we stated in the last PR we are trying to finalize deals with possible distributors”.

Could/would you please give me an estimate of any "OTOW" VALUATIONS that you have contemplated?
( PPS valuation etc…?? )

VAL- “It is a tough road but we are working hard. Now that the phones are here sales will increase and distribution will grow, then hopefully everything else falls into place”.

Is there any update/information you can share regarding the "OTOW" USDA loan application or any other "OTOW" investment loans you are inquiring about? Have you already inquired with a China bank/business partner for “OTOW” investment money ?

VAL- “Persistence! Do you happen to know of any "certified fiber splicer" guys looking for work? Nothing to update yet on the USDA, yes we are working on many sources of funding, hopefully we will finalize one of them soon”.

Have you/"OTOW" been able to hire a certified fiber splicer/contractor?

VAL-“We have a lot of people that are good people like electricians etc, that do not have "splicing" experience so we are trying to set up with the contractor an on-site training workshop. I am waiting to hear back on this”.

Are you contemplating any specific 2013 "OTOW"accomplishments that will happen? Has 02 Education Services signed any school contracts?

VAL- “We are getting the word out and we are still working with investors the year is going fast but I think we should have some major accomplishments this year. Time flies whether your having fun or not! We hope to land a couple school orders”.

Is the "OTOW" purchase of the Dominican Republic bank deal dead ?
What exactly is the status of the "OTOW" Dominican Republic bank purchase?

VAL- “Not yet but if we cant get some cash flow going it will be. Do me a favor and contact your congressman to put pressure on the SEC to finish the guidelines for the JOBS Bill that the President signed into office last year and the SEC has failed Congress orders to complete. If we can get that done we can access the REG A financing”.

Will you please explain to me what stage "OTOW" is at in the USDA $33 million dollar loan application process? Does “OTOW” still have the $3.3 million dollars cash to qualify for the USDA $33 million dollar loan? Have you/"OTOW" completed the USDA loan application? It's my opinion the USDA loan application should be finished by now and ready for the "AGENCY" review, what say you?

VAL- “We are in the final stages I hired a DC law firm that specializes in telecom and the USDA so they will be finishing up the application, we still have the $5mm and $50mm financing instruments that will cover the 10% capital required.
