Full agreement Manshoon, our friend would be all over this if he was still around. The CEO is fully responsible and accountable for this. Missteps, mistakes, mismanagement, misinformation and then add in all the unanswered questions, ambiguous pr statements, no facts, no customers, no interest at present or in past, I am in trouble as are a lot of longs here, at least I admit it.

That is his job. Investors make decisions with their money based on the expectation that the financials are accurate. You may write it off as an accident or w/e, but your reasoning is atrocious. You either can do it right yourself, hire someone (like a CFO) OR don't exist as a company and not have to.
