Catch,
Since you asked, I will let everyone on the board know what Peter "the dead beat dad owes". Pete has refused to pay child support consistently since the original judgment, which was in 2006. At that time Peter did NOT want Hop-On financials, or his own financials audited, and stipulated through his own attorney that he would pay $2,500 a month for his son. Of course that court order was never followed. The child support arrearages accrued at $2500 a month. Michaels went back in to modify, claiming he could not pay support in 2008. All the while living in a multimillion dollar house. His support was lowered to $1000 a month based on Michael's sworn testimony that he was no longer working for Hop-On, USCig, etc. Michaels claimed to be broke and living with his mother. Many tricks and delays were used by Michaels in trying to reduce his arrearages of $180,000. Peter Michaels appealed the judges order, and the Appellate Court ruled against him. That ruling is public and can be found on the internet.

What does this mean to Hop-On shareholders? ANY money up to $180,000 that is in an account of Hop-On, USCig, or any other account Peter Michaels has can and will be taken by the District Attorney if I have the account number. Child support CANNOT be discharged through bankruptcy, and it is paid before the IRS. It also does not go away once the child is 18.

Currently, Michaels is ordered to pay $1,000 a month current support, and additional $300 a month arrearages on the $180,000. The arrearages have 10% interest a year. A new passport cannot be obtained if a person owes more than 5,000 in back child support. This is a Federal Law.

For those of you that think I am "Amanda" and want Peter back, you are mistaken. I do want the millions Peter stole from me after I met him. I have hundreds of thousands of dollars of Hop-On promissory notes, as well as well over a million dollars of useless Hop-On stock. I realize my money is gone, but will collet child support.

So, to all shareholders, and others doing business with this CEO; Anyone with information as to accounts that hold Michaels' money, I will give you 50% of the monies I collect from your information. There are many on this board that have know me over 10 years, and some that only met Michaels through my connections, unfortunately. Feel free to private message me. I have nothing to hide, and everything I have stated is true, and is verifiable.

Michaels has sworn to the court he owns zero shares, and is not the owner, or employed by Hop-On anymore. If anyone has information to the contrary, I am sure the court would be interested in knowing Michaels is lying at his next probation hearing.
