Yes, absolutely.

But, here is the thing:
1) Other posters are saying that they have confirmed that Novacab (the company that we know) has nothing to do with this merger.
2) There is no proof of revenues from Novacab. Last news/activity related to Novacab was in 2011. Does not bode well for a company that there is no news in 2 years.
3) The RS is going to be a tough pill to swallow especially since they have not communicated anything.

The next few weeks are going to be tough for shareholders.

No one is going to believe anything unless Mr. Bilodeau's name is somehow attached to this since he is the only person with any reputation in this area. All other people, from my own DD have shady pasts and are not to be trusted....IMHO.
