PBS Holdings, Inc. a Dallas, Texas Corporation (OTC Pink: PBHG) announces a corporate relationship with 3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation doing business as 3D Eye Solutions, Inc.

PBS Holdings, Inc. holds a distribution agreement with select artists for paintings, prints, and sculptures. 3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc. is presently engaged by PBS Holdings, Inc. to sell paintings, prints, and sculptures on a 3D format.

"This is an extraordinary opportunity to bring major artworks available to consumers sold directly through their television sets and smart applications," said Mr. Clark Ortiz, Director and CEO of PBH Holdings, Inc.

3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc. will produce TV infomercials, commercial spots, and television programs will make the art available to consumers via direct sell over television stations, TV networks, and satellite systems globally. 3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc. will engage the development of an app which will offer the art for sale and distribution in a virtual environment.

The art will be made available in print, frame and digital over applications for sale. "This provides a new experience for consumers with the opportunity to purchase their own prints and 3D artworks of major artists," said Mr. Clark Ortiz.
