the questions are:
1) How did DRHC end the licensing agreement with Dethrone clothing? contracts in my experiencs don't just go away without being completed, buyout, litigation or mutual agreement. Could be a mutual parting of the ways and voiding of contract but i would like to know.
2) on Throwdownbeverage.com says "Investor Information" you click on that and page it takes you to says "investor relations" and posts information that appears to be wrong.
Dethrone Royalty Holding Company, Inc. (OTCBB: DRHC) has incorporated a 100% wholly owned Subsidiary called Throwdown Beverage Company (A Nevada Corporation). On March 5th, 2012 Throwdown Beverage Company entered into a license agreement with Throwdown Industries Inc.
Doing my DD I went to the Nevada Secretary of state website and could find Dethrone Beverage but no "Throwdown Beverage" in fact under heading "entity action" there are six but none are a name change to "Throwdown Beverage"
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=phPqeDPgyxHfEc3Z%252fkPl4g%253d%253d&CorpName=DETHRONE+ROYALTY+HOLDINGS%2c+INC.
according the NVSOS.gov website there is no "Throwdown Beverage Company (a nevada corp)
Who put up this Investor Information page?
Is there even a Throwdown Beverage Incorporated in Nevada?
So do your own DD and if anybody has answers to these questions I would be glad to know the answers.
