I inclined to believe that it will be more than .03, How much more I cannot say ILNS has been halfway to .03 on AIR "no news". Buyout news would raise PPS and then later the actual sale..would bump it further. Remember the big sales at higher PPS, similar to a dead pool play IMO, ILNS gonna POP and POP big.
