WRONG!!! Division or not, when you hire 15 new employees with an office in that state (Massachusetts) you are required to file that business...those employees get payroll checks and that business has taxes due to the resident state...

NTEK trying to evade taxes in Massachusetts???

That is because it is a DIVISION not a separate entity.
