The relationship will take the form of mutual marketing campaigns centered around GBGM's websites, www.AmpedFantasy.com, a daily/weekly fantasy league offering free and cash contests, and www.SportsAlert.com, a provider of free sports scores via text messages, and Maximum Fantasy Sports' website, www.MaximumFantasySports.com.
