Just an FYI, I have been informed that it takes a $400.00 boiler plate letter from their lawyer to get them unrestricted. Also Schwab wants $150.00 annually to "hold" restricted shares. Hopefully I can transfer them to one of my other accounts that does not charge a "Holding" fee.
