Stink,
who is ARCA(MM)? They are always putting in something last minute, then changing it. 10 sec before close on IFUE they brought the bid to 2.13. Seconds before to 2.14. I have seen many time they show large lots in the bid and ask then pull them immediately after just a few thousand shares trade. Just curious.
