Use of a laugh/grin emoticon is usually a pretty good clue that one isn't serious. He seems to joking about the fact that a previous ship on which he worked in 2011, the Bimini Superfast (fka Superfast IV), is now operating out of Miami. BTW, he's only a "third captain" and is 25 years old. This tweet was also two months ago.



It's hard to see the above tweet as some sort of confirmation of anything claimed by Peter Villiotis or PVEI (VDSC).
