Well, there are 10 "regulatory takings" cases going on having to do with the 3rd Amendment, US Constitution 5th Amendment takings and due process violations, Adm Proc Act of 1946 violations, and so on. This litigation is, at this point, our best shot of getting our dividends restored in the near future.

It may need to go to SCOTUS, but let's hope it doesn't take that long. DeMarco can do all the speeches he wants but it's clear that he doesn't want FnF to survive and he doesn't want to treat commoners and preferred holders fairly, so I'd love to see him replaced. If not, not.
