Most of the photo and print companies like Vista Print and Shutter Fly have been doing well in the market.I guess they address the consumer more directly than our company.

a while back I e mailed Vista print about buying photo never heard back.

At that time I owned both companies.

PNI DIGITAL

They have approx. 34 million plus shares outstanding and 25 million float . Looks like an easy target for a take over. I believe if someone wanted to make a move it should be soon before their earnings starts to turn over the next two years.
The management team has lived off the fat of the land too long as they made too many promises that never materialized.

I believe a buy out of 3.00 is possible based upon their sales and their high overhead. What do you think?
