When QEDN took over YLLC, which I was following to try to figure out what happened to the company as it actually had revenues and shareholders who had considered it an investment, I had my answer. The owners of YLLC gave up on the business and sold out to Makmann who had the idea to use it in conjunction with QEDN.

I guess he thought he could isolate QEDN from the stigma of running a scam company through YLLC, now NRGT.

He was wrong.

QEDN is now just another run-of-the-mill pump and dump stock.
