Yes, you are right about DOJ , they want to settle and dont want to go to court, they know they going to lose . But DOJ is asking to much . So airline can take a risk and go to court . No news is bad news in this case . Neither AA or LCC did not comment as of yet . So I think if we dont know by the 20th about settlement , it means we are going to trial , and shares will drop to 4-5$
But I hope for a good news ;)
