So, to make it short:
Last year, they had planned to spin-off IVOC as a stock dividend or merge or what can i know?(that was rumors) which value the company at a pps of 0,0008.
I did my own DD couple of months ago, and this is a goal as an other. Otherwise you get your time wasted!
Now we are all stucked with no-bid situation.
I also will not add more shares in the future.
