Over a year before the first reverse split, I posted many times that betting on the Landau/Geisler failure team was going to be a sure losing bet. I posted these two were bumbling, incompetent bozos who have a documented history of failure. I posted detailed descriptions of how the PCFG toxic death spiral convertible financing would cause the share price to drop to .0001 & would cause mass dilution because the convert holders could short PCFG, as they are doing now, with zero risk & guaranteed big time profits all paid for by the existing shareholders. I posted that after the first reverse split there would be another reverse split, probably within a year. The Landau/Geisler criminal team stole from the shareholders to pay for their failure & incompetence. The Landau/Geisler criminal team continues their pillage of existing shareholders & will continue to steal for as long as their are gamblers stupid enough to fall for the scam & buy PCFG.
