I don't believe they have the cash available to do that. I always thought, and still think L-3 should buy implant. I believe they would be the most productive with implants technology. My guess is,who ever takes them over, eventually, would run the company as a subsidary. They keep the same folks, but are under the umbrella of a much larger company.
