For the RECORD - I never said Ted Campbell was selling NOW - I merely pointed out he had sold millions of shares when they came off restriction. and sold WAY more than those little recent buys he made.

OTCmarkets is known to accept everything and anything in the way of filings. A good example - I once found a quarterly report printed on the back of a cookie recipe.

What happened to the money from that group of investors that supposedly got a convertible debenture to pay for the Sadler audit back in 2011? None ever showed up.
