One thing I will say is that Paul is good at taking care of the operations of PVSP on the small amount of funds for PVSP.

Plus, he started the company, so have to give credit for this action.

Finally, being smart enough to listen to shareholders that do their best to bring business to PVSP based on what Mark has put together.

So, if he had the money to hire people for positions such as sales, then he would, instead he has to rely on active shareholders.
