So why did the last Offering of 10 million only get filled embarrassingly short by 7 million ?

Just $3 mil filled out of $10 mil Offered.

The only lender to even participate in this failed Offering was the CEO..

Not even any family members desperately holding onto shares would pony up any cash.

JBI couldn't even attract one outside investor at all this go around.

They didn't seem to think it is 'so close'......lol.
