Dethrone Royalty Holding Company, Inc. (OTCBB: DRHC) has incorporated a 100% wholly owned Subsidiary called Throwdown Beverage Company (A Nevada Corporation). On March 5th, 2012 Throwdown Beverage Company entered into a license agreement with Throwdown Industries Inc.

I went to the Nevada Secretary of state website and could find Dethrone Beverage but no "Throwdown Beverage" in fact under heading "entity action" there are six but none are a name change to "Throwdown Beverage"
