SteveRep, could the issue for the IH deal possibly be affected by the additional land that the Indian Nation in this area is trying to acquire? My first thoughts were regarding how any acquisition of land all around IH could limit access to the IH property for some time and also the possibility of the Indian Nation acquiring the land downstream of the fresh water springs and objects to IH capturing water and restricting the flow to tribal land.

You mentioned you are familiar with the area so maybe you will know if the additional land claim the Indian Nation is working on can effect the land that IH sits on or confirm that the additional land grab is not near IH property.
