Peter fraudulently types in "PR Newswire" in the document even though it was not disseminated through it.

To find it you have to go to OTC Markets, go to VDSC, go the the "News" page, go to a link dated today that says "Engages Public Relations Firm," open that link and then open the link to the document:

I have no idea why Peter often issues press releases using an uploaded document instead of at least typing in all of the text into the PR itself. It appears he does he not want these announcements to be widely disseminated.
