I'm assuming Stryker is no longer in the picture as the lender on the ship? I can't imagine Pat Stryker wanting the liability associated with a sinking ship - literally.

I'm sorry it's come down to more waiting, it looks like Goldy & Co. have their heads planted directly in the sand, aka denial. And if the lawsuit gets tied up long term? Better look out, It will be called FAKE, going nowhere, dismissed, isn't real, etc., etc. Lucky us.
