Why does the bev website say " On March 5th, 2012 Throwdown Beverage Company entered into a license agreement with Throwdown Industries Inc." I thought the license with Throwdown was in Oct of 2013???

Also says "To use their Trademark: "Throwdown" worldwide in connection with the manufacture and sale of SPORTS PERFORMANCE OR ENERGY DRINKS" I thought the agreement was for US only?

Seems these statements are at best sloppy cut and paste of old Dethrone release and at worst are misleading under the heading "investor relations".

Am I missing something?
