So if REVO is being hyped by 32 newsletters there is only 2 real possible explanations.
1. REVO is a legit small sub-penny just trying to execute a business plan and just happened to get covered by these "newsletters" or
2. REVO is nothing more than a typical sub-penny P&D that paid these "newsletters" to help them execute the more likely plan.

Both are plans, just one is more likely than the other.
