I found that doing my DD, a firm called Lucosky Brookman LLP out of Woodbridge, New Jersey (specialize in finance and securities) have represented Wang and STOA. if you look at this firms transactions, especially from a global perspective, it should be another nugget of information that will alleviate some stress. Since STOA has them as representation, it shows the level of the key players with STOA and who they choose to partner with on strategy.

Go to lucbro.com and look at this firm and click on the Transactions tab. At least I felt better about things. Have a great and profitable day! All IMO
