This will not go lower than 0.0004 this year ( without counting the sales of 10000 shares worth $3, Ridiculous!) Strong buy at this point. Some of the people cannot wait any longer, that is why they sell because they need to withdraw some money. They were expecting Q3 to be released before the end of October. If you analyze sales from past month, you can see that there were no significant transactions. Amateur trades needed money or some of the investor saw the opportunity in different stocks, and they needed money.

However, you never know and you cannot be sure of anything.
