Thank you. After reading your post I have a theory on the latest hearing and it's based on this comment.

So the judge ruled against V in the latest round but the comment by HJJ to V about not forcing G to keep messages being criminal or clever on G's part tells me the judge sees what G has done but really isn't going to do anything about it yet. At the very least by filing V has brought this matter to HJJ attention and if I were the judge I would view changing the bus. practices as highly suspect. My guess is this will weigh in on RR ruling.
