Here's some info:
The .02 stated in the 8k is relating to the earnings or value GLER will have when everything is finalized, expected the beginning of next year. It is not the expected value of the stock price! So in other words...an estimate of HAWK valued at $2 million...GLER will be $400,000.
It seems the validity or motive is questioned based on certian posts. After speaking to Mr. Kaiser which he is very informative and supportive...contray to belief the powers to be will lead this to growth if it's meant to be!
There will most likely be a symbol change but it's irrelevent...may change the stock price a little.
HAWK is the powerhouse here, GLER....small fish, big pond!!
