FWIW-Dan Jr. asked me what price did you buy in at ? I said about a penny.--He said "I think you'll be very happy with your
investment ".
And as far as 10 grand it was borrowed with creative financing.
most people can find 10 grand if they really had too --sell your car , furniture, bikes, guns, or blood --just get it done !
