GIFT also....

plays to the legalization industry rollout stages:

1st- states (as we speak) allowing individuals to grow amongst themselves.

2nd- states allowing commercial growing w/in the state.

*** both stages 1 & 2, play to all the small farmers who are eagerly looking at the potential of a MicroHerb industry emerging, much as the present microBeer & small winery indust. Stages 1 & 2 will also take a 2-4 year window to mature. This is a timeframe in wh/ I think big players (big tobacco) will wait on the sidelines. Thus, a true opportunity for small players to become a legit player will be at hand. Therefore a large influx of potential small farmers could rush into the market. Their biggest obstacle will be capital cost. GIFT addresses that in spades & gives them a turn-key affordable solution.

3rd- in 4 + years, federal govt. allows commercial interstate commerce amongst any state (this could be 1/2- 2/3's) who wants legalization. This is when the industry jumps from a niche market to a large scale indust. Big tobacco will probaly pounce at this point. Cheaper high volume brands will inturn be produced & sold. However, the demand for speciality brands will have already been fostered & should remain (like speciality beer & wine). Phot via GIFT will have hopefully already grown over those 4 years w/ this microHerb market. Small operators could still compete in such a market. Phot's equipt via GIFT may by that time become the defacto capital equipt player to those operations who want to go w/ a turn-key solution.

It is an excellent marketing & planning strategy. Sure a lot of moving parts have to fall into place. But the blueprint is doable & certainly possible. And Phot is early to stake its flag, as it must, to capitalize on a explosive growth market as such.
