Yes I can. On a strategic level a good decision would be put in a CEO who can provide the leadership and vision required to put this company on the map. That CEO needs to be accountable to, and supported by, a robust Governance structure that accords shareholders the rights they are entitled to and provides the strategic direction and guidance traditionally associated with a competent and engaged BOD. I also think it is time to consolidate operations in one location with everyone working together on a daily basis.

We have a fantastic product that claims Gold standard effectiveness that no one knows about. The immediate priority should be to let the medical world know of its existence and the investment world know of the massive financial potential. This is MZEI's responsibility not distributors like Wood Wyant. This necessitates a CEO who can actively front the company from a marketing perspective with experience in the medical sector so that he/she has credibility.

Currently it is nor clear what our CEO is actually doing or what he is trying to achieve. Announcements and predictions are made in Chairman's messages that just don't eventuate. My feeling is that a "if we make it, they will buy it" mentality prevails. It is an outdated concept that will not take us forward in todays world. The medical team are highly credible and need to be complemented by an equally credible commercial team.

I appreciate that my response is a little simplistic but I do not have the time to write a business plan for you right now.
