need advice

One of my close relative has been diagnosed with grade 4 adenocarcinoma (nsclc) of lung with metastasis to r adrenal, spine and hips. Waiting for EGFR and ALK status currently. After that maybe go for pdl1 gene status. I have suggested getting into bms nivo, merck 3475 or roche MPDL3280A.I am guessing bms nivo might be better since it is most advanced but not sure. If tested positive for EGFR, ALK what are the options? Clovis trial? http://clinicaltrials.gov/show/NCT01526928
Also wondering how to expedite the process to get into trials faster since the time is short. Thanks very much for your help.
