What is he stalling? Does he not have money? Or is he stalling? Which is it?

Do you have information on the events that have caused the present delays? Have you been to the site of the wells? Have you spoken to land owners? Have you gone to the courthouse and confirmed records? Have you been able to obtain any concrete information that can refute what Jerry has conveyed to shareholders and other interested parties?
