I think we will receive information on the outcome of the SEC investigation in January or February. I think at that point it will be absolved, a settlement(restate,departure,give back.... what ever) required or criminal charges(longshot) announced maybe a combination of the last two.. I do however think they may elect to not file until this issue is resolved. It's all a guess. The problem is the SEC investigation has huge downside and a very limited upside.
