THE SKY IS FALLING! THE SKY IS FALLING!

NO IT ISN'T. The sky is still up there and pretty soon the Destiny Cloud will be floating around up there servicing thousands of customers.

The recent price action seems fairly easily explained.

On October 14th the share price was $2.15. Today it is $2.06. If someone had gone to sleep on the 14th and awakened today they would think nothing at all had happened. Of course that's not the case. On October 15th the headline blarred: Destiny Media Technologies to Market Disruptive "Play Anywhere" Clipstream® Streaming Video Cloud Service at the Seattle Interactive Conference"

I think that was a bit misleading. Not to the well informed Destiny investors on this message board, but to the general investing public. It sounded like finally ClipStream was going to be let loose on the 28th, that web developers were going to be gobbling it up and that Destiny was going to be immediately raking in big bucks.

The volume in DSNY shares spiked from an average of under 100,000 to a high on Oct. 22nd of 242,000 and the share price hit $2.93 on that day. Naturally, much of that was probably traders who were happy to sell after around a 40% rise in a week. Then the Seattle conference came and went with really no exciting updates and other newcomers probably were disappointed and began selling. The move down was fairly undramatic on low volume until the final drop yesterday.

So here we are, back where we started. Only we are that much closer to the ACTUAL MARKETING of ClipStream. When that really occurs is when we will know if our faith in the company and its product will pay off in huge profits. What has happened in the past couple of weeks will then become just another insignificant event that created great hope and some despair but really had nothing to do with our eventual success or failure. Hopefully in the very near future we will look up to the sky and see a lovely rainbow intersecting the ClipStream Cloud leading to a big pot of Gold.
