I believe there would be no difference in lawyer fees for Worlds since S&G are getting paid contingent upon the settlement. I was talking about lawyer fees for future companies worlds sues being more likely to settle and not pay lawyer fees.

Also if they move quickly with a settlement, they can pursue other companies quicker.

It boils down to risk mitigation.
