CIRT...I flipped it a couple times, but believe the longterm uptrend will continue...barcharts indicators point to 100% signal and the highest strength.

But if you look at Level II there are alot of sellers at .07, and everytime the PPS got near that wall it would bounce down hard (which makes for great flips!!).

My opinion: if CIRT passes .07 it's off to the races :)
