lest we forget....WE HAD OUR DOSES SWITCHED news just over a year ago...

Lets not forget Cotara Phase III has been on shelf for over 10 months and most likely dead in the water. Does it really take more than a year to get real financing? What is Mark Z. doing now for the last year since he was hired? Is he Mary Boyd's running partner? All imo.
