If Banks don't loan home buyers money ,who is going to loan home buyers MONEY? The rules and regulations are going to have set some kind of forgiveness ruling, for bad credit scores or houseing will NEVER TAKE OFF !

Why put a citizen down in hard times and FORGIVE BIG SMART INSTITUTIONS and Banks, and GMC etc. etc. come on what the hell wrong with the leaders ! They must want to buy property that noone can get a loan to purchase from them. That's even more stupid !

Fnma and Fmcc will have a new pardner but not vanish ! Dam , without these banks NOW WHERE WOULD THE HOUSING BE ? It may get to the point that the forcloser BUYERS will do their OWN Financing but will want fnma and fmcc in on it also !
