What's really crazy is, Jimmy Esebag, the CEO of United Licensing Group, the man who is solely responsible for all this mess because he started talks with Playboy and said he could get a better bottling company, RedFZ, to manufacture and distribute PBED. Esebag and his ULG company has ALL of Playboy's licensing rights under belt. So obviously he wanted this HUGE opportunity to get PBED under his company grip too. BUT CIRC has an EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO MANUFACTURE AND DISTRIBUTE PBED. And they have won the right in court to continue to manufacture and distribute the drink until the courts and lawsuits are finished. Who knows how long that may be? Back to Jimmy Esebag. This man is a BILLIONAIRE. Probably made a vast majority of his money off of Playboy and licensing rights through the years. CIRC wouldn't be where they are if this man hadn't interfered with CIRC's business. Besides Playboy, Esebag is very responsible and should get the BIGGEST PUNITIVE DAMAGES against him. Personally, if I had his money, I would have bought out CIRC for $10 million. It would be worth so much more than that in time. Just wait and see. I love CIRC as a legal play. And HUGE BIG $$$$ are involved!!!
