tradewin, I'm not sure why there was a sell off. I didn't see estimates, but everything looked good. The only potential negatives I see, is that music revenue growth slowed and the CFO stepped down.

Though it's very, I mean very important to note how low the float is at just 12.5 million shares. This tells me that sell off, wasn't that much of a sell off. Beta shows that YY Inc. (YY) is 326% more violate than the market, which is very high.

I have my beliefs, but I think there is something not right about YY. There are rumors going around accusing them of fraud. I can't confirm this, but looking at the growth of YY raises a red flag to myself. This isn't the only thing that concerns me. Possible further due diligence should be required here.
