It's my understanding (from comments by a former professional trader who posts on another board) that afterhours trades that reflect "fractional' prices like 1.9036 are actually late prints of trades from earlier in the day. Not certain if this is correct but the poster was someone I followed for quite some time and appeared very honest and legit for what it's worth.
