So they sold you a IOU or naked short shares. They took your money + Commision and they couldn't settle your trades? Did they explain why they sold something they could not settle? How many millions of unsettled trades are in TDA PVSP shareholder accounts?

What price was the stock trading at when TDA started having these issues?
