Did anyone get their new shares???

Talk on the PRPM board is that Eddie has made good on his pledge to "acquire the assets of Artfest." As we know, the public company was revoked by the SEC and the ARTS shares delisted. Yet Eddie apparently insists he somehow managed to maintain personal control of all assets under ARTFEST INTERNATIONAL, INC which he "re-domiciled" to Wyoming in June 2012. At that same time he also authorized "unlimited shares." In short, Eddie was running TWO corporations by the same name until ARTFEST was revoked in Nevada at the end of last year. Due to the lack of discussion here I believe Eddie is probably the only person yet to receive shares of PRPM.
